Atwell Martin’s property management and lettings department has launched a new product that provides tenants with real time access to all their property information.
‘My Property File’ is an online service that links with the agency’s Jupix software.
The new feature assigns tenants a personal and secure login that allows them to keep informed and up to date, report any maintenance issues and track progress, download key tenancy documents and check account balances.
Lettings Manager Becki Lewis says: “This is a great new way to engage with our tenants and provide them with the information they need, in real time.
“We are always looking for ways to continually improve the service we offer and this new technology will do just that.
