An application ref: 15/02266MAJ to vary condition 24 of this consent to permit building on the green open space was refused on 12th November 2015 with a further application for the erection of up to 90 dwellings under ref: 16/02222/MAJ which was non-determined. An appeal for both applications was heard 6th June 2017. 16/0032/REF Appeal against refusal of Planning Permission No 15/02266/MAJ – Variation of condition 24 on planning application 14/03324/MAJ to permit building on the green open space and 16/0071/REF.
Appeal against Non Determination of Planning Application No 16/02222/MAJ-
Outline – erection of up to 90 dwellings (approval sought for access and landscaping) where the inspector approved both applications. A copy of the S106 is included within the information pack and requires open space provision, travel pack and a £300 per household travel voucher (for 1st occupiers) a £500 monitoring fee and 20% Affordable Housing (70% Affordable Rent & 30% Intermediate) with archetypal occupation triggers. In addition to the AH provision the agreement seeks a provision for 5% (fully serviced) Custom Build plots.
