The Village was the initial phase of the Mount Wise development to be completed in a Georgian inspired theme. The development offered a range of two, three and four bedroom townhouses and one and two bedroom apartments. The site being set around the Cricket Pitch and now home to Plymouth Cricket Club lends the development a truly English Village feel albeit the site being conveniently located for ease of access to Plymouth City centre and a wide range of civic amenities.
