This final completion marks the end of the first phase of the award winning development where an incredible 60% of homes were sold or reserved off plan.
Named Residential Development of the Year at the 2015 Insider Property Awards South West, Quadrant Quay is a collection of apartments, split-level homes and townhouses set within the Millbay regeneration scheme.
Its lead developer English Cities Fund (ECf) is a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal and General and the Homes and Communities Agency.
Sue Dyer of Sole Agent Atwell Martin said: “This development proved extremely popular with buyers as a result of its waterfront location, contemporary design and high-quality specification. We are looking forward to marketing the next phase towards the end of this year.”
Plans were recently unveiled for the next phase of development on East Quay on the eastern side of the former docks, neighbouring West Hoe Road and adjacent to the most recent phase.
The proposals feature a mix of approximately 134 houses and apartments with associated parking. The plans went on show at a public exhibition and a planning application is expected to be submitted to Plymouth City Council later this year.
Prospective purchasers can register their interest by contacting the Atwell Martin new homes team on (01752) 202121.
Since its inception in 2011, Atwell Martin Plymouth has an enviable track record working on major regeneration schemes, including Plymouth’s Mount Wise, Royal William Yard and Millbay as well as Wapping Wharf in Bristol.
