A Plymouth estate agent has appointed a new member of staff to add to its growing team of property professionals.

Barbican-based Atwell Martin has recruited sales negotiator Jemima Evans who joins the waterfront and rural property specialist following more than nine years’ experience with a corporate agency as a lister and assistant branch manager.

Jemima, from Sheviock, says: “I’m delighted to join such a well-respected independent agency.

Jemima’s remit includes using her strong local knowledge of rural and coastal properties to match buyers with good quality homes.
