At Atwell Martin Plymouth Residential Lettings we are fortunate to have an excellent client base with whom we have great relationships.  To say thank you to all our landlords at the end of 2016, we had a draw for a bottle of champagne which was won by Mrs H from Plympton who was over the moon to collect her thank you prize.  To enter the draw, our landlords were asked to complete and return a customer service questionnaire.  Residential Lettings Manager Becki Lewis was delighted with the response and we are pleased to present the results.

When asked “How would you rate the service you have had from us this year”, 100% responded with “very good” or “excellent”

When asked “How satisfied are you with the way we have managed your property”, 100% responded “very good” or “excellent”

When asked if our staff were “friendly, knowledgeable and professional”, all agreed; and
